The hotel is very close to the center. It's just one street back from gran via.
my "premium room" felt cramped! there was no chair or table. the walls lacked sound insulation, i could hear neighbors showering and their conversations. the staff did not address the noise issue well.

wow, that location is killer! just off plaza santo domingo, it's so close to everything. i saw lots of restaurants with cute sidewalk seating, so convenient. two different metro lines? literally around the corner, i nearly missed them!
the coffee machine only had a tiny amount of coffee capsules in the room, a real bummer first thing.

i found the location convenient near major attractions and metro stations everything was easily accessible. the room design was modern and space efficient i liked its unique artistic wallpaper. breakfast offered a great full bar i especially appreciated the fresh options. the front desk staff were helpful with local tips and directions.
the room felt slightly cramped a minor issue given all the hotel's positives.

the front desk staff provided really good service i received helpful recommendations for local restaurants. they assisted with metro directions and excursion planning making my travel smooth. the team's knowledge of the area enhanced my experience.

friendly staffhot day
the location is great for nightlife yet quiet the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and looked up directions for us the shower had two options and both gave alot of water it was very soothing after a hot humid day.
i found the breakfast area very narrow and impractical people accumulated for coffee with only one slow machine
