The hotel had super comfy rooms with one of the best beds I have ever slept in and the best shower I have had in a hotel room. The staff were very helpful and arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. The location was great, just off the Gran Via and within walking distance of galleries and museums. The dining experience was very good with a good selection of food available. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a central location.
